Job summary

A construction company in Malaysia is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to oversee project contracts and manage budgets. Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction contracts.
• Registered with BQSM / RISM is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administer construction contracts (PAM, JKR, FIDIC).
• Manage project budgets, costs, and cash flow.
• Prepare and evaluate progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
• Handle contract claims, EOT, and loss & expense.
• Manage procurement and subcontract agreements.
• Monitor cost performance and report to management.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients.
