Job summary

A financial services company located in Malacca is seeking an Assistant Accountant / Accountant to manage a full set of accounts and ensure data accuracy. This role involves preparing yearly budgets, tax computations, and liaising with various stakeholders for audits. Ideal candidates should have a relevant degree and preferably experience in the construction industry, with strong analytical and communication skills. Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking.
• Experience in the Construction industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of MFRS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full set of accounts ensuring accuracy of data.
• Assist in yearly budget preparation and monitoring.
• Ensure timely financial closing and filing of documents.
