A leading cosmeceutical company in Port Klang is seeking a responsible Compounding Mixer to join their production team. You will be responsible for accurately blending materials while maintaining hygiene and quality standards throughout the process. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills. This role involves following safety procedures and supporting new trainees in the department. A Diploma in a related field is required, while experience in production is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, manufacturing, or blending processes preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Able to follow SOPs, safety procedures, and hygiene standards strictly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all blending processes of products in a timely, organized, and hygienic manner.
• Follow instructions in the Weighing Log and ensure lab testing approvals are completed.
• Maintain product quality as a top priority and document accurately and on time.
• Ensure raw materials weighing is done with accuracy, precision, and the correct materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of all raw materials.
• Clean and maintain blending processes, equipment, and facilities.
• Communicate effectively and support teamwork with other departments.
• Train and support new trainees in the Blending Department.
• Provide backup support for Batching or other departments when required.

We’re looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Compounding Mixer to join our production team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our materials are blended with accuracy, consistency, and care—maintaining quality standards at every step of the process.

Responsibilities

Assist in all blending processes of products in a timely, organized, and hygienic manner.

Follow instructions provided in the Weighing Log and ensure lab testing approvals are completed before transferring products.

Maintain product quality as top priority and ensure all records/log sheets are documented accurately and on time.

Ensure weighing of raw materials is done with accuracy, precision, and correct materials.

Maintain proper storage, cleanliness, safety, and precaution of all raw materials.

Ensure blending processes, equipment, and facilities are always clean and well-maintained.

Communicate effectively and support teamwork with other departments.

Train and support new trainees in the Blending Department.

Provide backup support for Batching or other departments when required.

Carry out any ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements
