  • To assist the Compliance Officer to manage corporate affairs of Compliance Department of the Manager.
  • To assist in preparing Directors’ Resolutions, Minutes, Statutory Forms, Annual Returns and other compliance documents.
  • To assist in developing, implementing, and managing compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • To monitor and analyze changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices to ensure the Manager’s compliance programs are up-to-date.
  • To maintain the relevant compliance registers, documentation, and records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is readily available.
  • To liaise with external regulatory bodies, auditors, legal advisors, and other relevant stakeholders on compliance matters.
  • To stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging compliance risks that may impact the Manager
  • To assist in corporate secretarial matters that may be assigned from time to time from management.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time from management.
