Assist in preparing and filing statutory documents with SSM (Companies Commission of Malaysia).
Maintain statutory registers and company records.
Draft basic resolutions, minutes, and corporate documents.
Support senior executives and managers on client advisory matters.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance and statutory requirements.
Degree/Diploma in Corporate Governance, Law, Accounting, or related field.
Fresh graduates or 0–2 years of relevant experience.
Basic understanding of Companies Act 2016 and corporate compliance.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Able to work in a team and meet deadlines.
We are an SME firm seeking a Senior Executive – Company Secretarial to manage statutory compliance and corporate governance matters for our clients.
Manage and prepare statutory filings with SSM (Companies Commission of Malaysia).
Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and compliance calendars.
Draft resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documents accurately.
Assist in corporate governance advisory and ensure compliance with Companies Act 2016.
Supervise and guide Junior Executives on routine compliance tasks.
Liaise professionally with clients, regulators, and auditors.
Support the Assistant Manager / Manager on complex corporate secretarial matters.
Degree/Diploma in Corporate Governance, Law, Accounting, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in company secretarial services, preferably in an accounting/SME firm.
Strong understanding of Companies Act 2016 and statutory compliance requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
