  • Assist agents via WhatsApp regarding commission-related enquiries.
  • Perform general administrative support for the Subsale & Claim Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare e‑invoices and ensure accuracy before submission.
  • Approve cases on the agent portal according to department procedures.
  • Manage filing, documentation, and record maintenance.
  • Assist agents via WhatsApp regarding commission‑related enquiries.

  • Any other tasks assigned by the Manager from time to time.
