Job description

Process and coordinate customer orders accurately, from order receipt through to delivery

Act as a key point of contact for customer and supplier enquiries

Prepare and maintain sales documentation, contracts, and pricing information

Assist with sales forecasts, order planning, and invoicing coordination

Track receivables and payables in line with internal governance processes

Maintain accurate customer, sales, and commercial records

Prepare weekly sales and activity reports for senior management

Support preparation of sales presentations and commercial materials as required

Submit monthly sales documentation to external auditors for management accounts

Handle customer issues and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution

Support overseas commercial activities, including occasional travel if required

Skills & Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline

Strong organisational and time-management skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written)

Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Prior experience in a commercial, sales operations, or coordination role preferred
