What You’ll Do

As the senior leader driving growth, you will shape the agency’s commercial direction and build long-term strategic partnerships.

You will:
  • Lead new business wins across creative, social, media, and tech-enabled solutions.
  • Build, qualify, and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Guide pitch teams and craft compelling proposals that showcase integrated capabilities.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Spot opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue and widen service offerings.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver cohesive, insight-led marketing strategies.
  • Translate market trends into actionable plans that support long-term revenue goals.
  • Provide senior management with clear reporting on pipeline health, performance, and developments.
  • Advocate for and integrate AI-driven marketing and visual analytics in client solutions.
  • Coach junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, client leadership, or strategic partnerships within creative, media, marketing, or digital agencies.
  • Strong record of winning new business and leading pitch processes.
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing services; exposure to AI or tech solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Strong commercial judgment and financial understanding.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable driving multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
