We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Color Cosmetic Chemist to develop and formulate color cosmetic products such as lipmatte, foundations, eyeliners, mascaras, and powders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetic chemistry, pigment blending, and product stability testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and formulate new color cosmetic products according to market trends and brand requirements
  • Select and evaluate raw materials, pigments, and active ingredients suitable for color cosmetics
  • Conduct lab trials, stability tests, and product compatibility tests
  • Adjust formulas to achieve desired texture, color, payoff, and performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support product claims and innovation
  • Ensure formulations comply with regulatory standards (local & international)
  • Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, procedures, and test results
  • Troubleshoot formulation and production issues
  • Stay updated with new raw materials, trends, and technologies in the color cosmetics industry
Requirements
  • Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in formulating color cosmetics
