Job Responsibilities

• Call and follow-up with customers to secure payment plans
• Review and execute appropriate Collections actions like legal, restructure and settlements to recover debt and minimise credit losses
• Partner with product teams and business units to coordinate Collection’s activities across the bank
• Achieve the productivity standard set for the team and individual KPI
• Take on additional projects and tasks assigned by reporting manager

• Have at least 2-years of collections experience
• Well‑versed in bank products and processes
• Good understanding of technology in the digital banking space
• Possess strong written, communication and negotiation skills
