Responsibilities include updating activity logs in the Collection Management System, performing credit control, and ensuring timely collections. To update calling activities in Collection Management System
To always practice and display quality service and service excellence
To analyze and provide feedback to the immediate supervisor on accounts which require special attention
To convince customer to pay and advise the consequences if the payment is not made
To perform credit control activities and on the collection of outstanding debts
To ensure the collection is timely
Keep track of loan repayment schedules and monitor client accounts for missed or late payments.
Ensure all activities comply with legal requirements and company policies
