Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the CNC machining team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Plan, schedule, and assign machining tasks based on production requirements.
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Review engineering drawings and ensure machining processes meet specification and quality standards.
  • Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance with the maintenance team.
  • Train and guide CNC operators on machining techniques, safety procedures, and machine usage.
  • Ensure production targets, cycle times, and quality KPIs are achieved.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
  • Maintain proper records of production reports, machine settings, and tooling usage.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Job Requirements
  • SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in CNC machining; supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, or relevant control systems).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and machining specifications.
  • Familiar with metal machining processes, tooling, cutting parameters, and quality inspection methods.
  • Good leadership, communication, and team‑management skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machine and process issues.
  • Willing to work shifts, overtime, and in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment when required.
