Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Lathing.
• Expert knowledge in CNC turning and Milling.

Responsibilities

• Operate, install, set-up, repair, and troubleshoot assigned machines.
• Do CNC auto lathe and Milling programming.
• Supervise and guide technicians and operators.
• Implement improvements in machining and tooling.
• Ensure quality targets and ethics are followed.

• Ability to read Technical drawings and specifications
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Lathing
• Looking for candidates who expert and knowledgeable with CNC turning Auto Lathe Machine and Milling.

Responsibilities

• Able to operate, install, set-up, repair, troubleshoot and modify assigned machines and necessary tools.
• Able to do CNC auto lathe and Milling programming.
• To transfer the knowledge of handling, operating and maintenance to operators / trainee technician.
• To supervise and guide the assigned group of technicians and operators on technical issues.
• To implement new development / improvement of machining, tooling, cycle time and other related production needs.
• Able to operate CNC swiss type machine.
• To collaborate with Superior for planning of output, reduction of rejects and improvement of processes.
• To follow up on InfoProd overview, order forms priorities are followed.
• To supervise the group leader and ensure discipline and ethics are followed.
• To achieve the target set for quality and quantity and participate in Quality Improvement Circle (Corrective and Preventive Action Plan).
• To ensure the working instruction under DH369 and Dh370 is executed for all article.
