We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team at TSG Micro Technology Sdn. Bhd. in Batu Kawan, Penang. As a CNC Programmer, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and production processes, ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of our CNC machines. What you'll be doing

Develop, program, and optimise CNC machine programs to achieve high-quality, cost-effective, and efficient production

Liaise with the engineering team to understand production requirements and translate them into effective CNC programs

Perform CNC machine setup, program testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance

Continuously monitor and adjust CNC programs to improve productivity, quality, and safety

Provide training and support to machine operators to ensure proper operation and maintenance of CNC equipment

Collaborate with the quality assurance team to analyse and resolve any manufacturing issues

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to CNC programming and machine performance

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in the manufacturing industry

Proficient in programming and operating various types of CNC machines, including milling, turning, and grinding machines

Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages, such as G‑code and M‑code

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications

Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimise CNC programs

Familiarity with computer‑aided design (CAD) and computer‑aided manufacturing (CAM) software

Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams

Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in CNC programming and manufacturing processes
