Job description

Deliver hands-on training on CNC machining (milling, turning, drilling, grinding) and programming (G-code/M-code).

Train staff on machine setup, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.

Develop and update training materials, SOPs, and visual aids aligned with current shop practices.

Conduct skill assessments, certify operators, and maintain training records.

Support production goals by addressing skill gaps and improving operator efficiency.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure training reflects operational needs.

Drive continuous improvement by updating training content and recommending equipment or process upgrades.
