Job Overview
We are seeking a Cloud Technical Support Engineer with solid experience in cloud computing and system delivery.
You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot complex issues, and support clients in deploying and maintaining public or private cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and issue resolution for clients using public or private cloud platforms.
- Assist in the deployment, delivery, and optimization of cloud-based solutions.
- Offer remote technical consultation to ensure stable cloud infrastructure operations.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and infrastructure teams to diagnose and resolve system problems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer issues, solutions, and technical best practices.
- Participate in pre-sales technical discussions and contribute to solution design when needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies — virtualization, containerization, networking, and security groups.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Cloud project delivery or implementation (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, etc.)
- Cloud architecture, deployment, or pre-sales solution support.
- Proficient in Linux / Windows system administration and command-line tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with real-world implementation or deployment is highly preferred.
Advantageous Skills
- Cloud certifications (e.g. AWS Certified, Alibaba Cloud ACP/ACE, Azure Administrator).
- Familiar with database management, API integration, or scripting languages (Python, Shell).
