Job summary

A leading IT company in Malaysia seeks an IT Infrastructure Engineer at the Junior/Mid Level. Responsibilities include providing technical support, optimizing AWS environments, and ensuring data integrity through backup solutions. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in network/server troubleshooting, with strong hands-on skills in AWS and knowledge in Linux and Windows systems. This is a contract role with an onsite work mode.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of network/server troubleshooting & support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, IAM, etc.).
• Knowledge of Linux (RedHat), Windows Server, and networking devices/tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for systems and infrastructure.
• Monitor and execute system backups; perform housekeeping for IT.
• Manage user access, patch management, and release management.
