A leading medical technology company is seeking a Clinical Specialist in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This role involves providing training to internal sales and external customers on product functionalities, assisting in product integration, and conducting post-sale training sessions. Ideal candidates will have a nursing background and experience in the medical device sector. Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential for effective communication and collaboration within the healthcare industry.
The Clinical Specialist will work closely with in-country sales personnel and play an important role in supporting the execution of in-country clinical programs and ensure they are aligned to the region. The Clinical Specialist duties include traveling to healthcare facilities, introducing products to medical professionals, and training users on product functionalities. The Clinical Specialist is expected to understand and talk to the details and nuances of the products from a clinical perspective to external and internal customers.
