In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in training and supporting our nursing staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing

Develop and deliver training programs for nursing staff, focusing on specialized units and emerging best practices

Mentor and coach nursing staff, providing guidance and support to help them enhance their clinical competencies

Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and implement tailored learning solutions

Participate in the onboarding and orientation of new nursing hires, ensuring a smooth transition into our organization

Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices, regulations, and industry trends to inform your training curriculum

Assist in the development and maintenance of nursing policies, procedures, and educational resources

Serve as a clinical resource and subject matter expert, providing support and guidance to nursing staff as needed

What we're looking for

Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field

Post Basic qualification in Specialized Area is a must

Minimum 7 years of clinical experience, preferably in a specialized unit or with a focus on nursing education

Proven track record in developing and delivering effective training programs for nursing staff

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire nursing teams
