Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage patient registration, medical records, and payment processing.
  • Perform and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and SpO₂.
  • Prepare and dispense medications according to the doctor’s instructions.
  • Assist the doctor during clinical procedures.
  • Maintain clinic cleanliness, manage inventory, and support daily operations.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Required Skills
  • Ability to take vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, SpO₂).
  • Basic clinical skills (first aid, glucometer, urine dipstick).
  • Knowledge of clinical instrument preparation and procedure assistance.
  • Understanding of basic medication categories and proper dispensing practices.
  • Ability to use EMR/clinic software, manage patient registration and payments.
  • Good communication skills with patients and colleagues.
  • Strong work ethics: responsible, punctual, fast learner, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically able to stand for long hours and perform routine clinic tasks.
