Responsibility
  • Assist with daily clinic operations to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Register patients, verify details, and manage the queue system.
  • Provide friendly and professional frontline service to walk-in patients.
  • Handle appointment scheduling, follow-up reminders, and patient inquiries.
  • Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures.
  • Prepare consultation rooms, equipment, and consumables.
  • Perform basic clinical tasks such as vital signs (temperature, BP, pulse, SpO2).
  • Conduct simple diagnostic tests under supervision (urine test, UPT, blood glucose).
  • Assist in medication dispensing under doctor or senior staff supervision.
  • Monitor stock levels for medication and clinic consumables.
  • Update and maintain accurate patient records in the clinic system.
  • Handle billing, payment collection, and receipt issuance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the clinic environment.
