• Ability to work on 24/5 rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support via email, live chat, and other channels.
• Guide clients through the account opening process including KYC/AML.
• Address inquiries regarding trading platforms and accounts.
• Support sales and retention teams with client-related operational tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
