Responsibilities
  • Looking for highly motivated and experienced individuals to join us as Client Service Manager
  • Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; proposing solution to address customers challenges and taking action based on sound analysis and judgment
  • Develops and oversees the development of custom solutions to address the needs of accounts, effectively presents the solution and negotiates compensation ensuring a positive outcome for all parties.
  • Coordinates communications between product and service team members and account managers; is accountable for overseeing deliverables and managing timelines
  • Monitors accounts’ performance and works to ensure deliverables are fulfilled in a timely manner; ensure renewals are done promptly and are meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Working closely with customers, channel partners, and account team members to meet business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree either in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, Business Studies/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
  • 2 – 3 years of working experience in the related field/industry is required
  • Prior experience in corporate software sales is added advantage
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Strong proficiency in handling PC and mobile devices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Team player and able to work with minimal supervision
