Job summary

A leading Interior Design firm in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Client Relationship Executive. The role involves managing project handovers, ensuring excellent client experiences, and addressing client needs promptly. The ideal candidate has experience in customer service or project management, strong communication skills, and knowledge of interior design principles. A competitive salary range of RM 3,000 - RM 3,500 is offered.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or project management preferred in interior design/construction.
  • Excellent communicator with strong English and Mandarin skills.

  • Possesses own transport.

Responsibilities

  • Handle project handovers for residential design and renovation.
  • Ensure client handovers are professionally conducted.
  • Prepare and check handover kits for clients.
  • Record defects identified during handover and arrange for repairs.
  • Liaise with clients regarding defect rectification.

To date, we have completed more than 500 residential and commercial projects and have been awarded numerous awards such as Designer of The Year

Job Description
  • Handle all project handovers to clients for residential interior design and renovation projects.
  • Elevate the client experience by ensuring that handovers are professionally conducted.
  • Prepare handover kits containing tips for caring for the house, client's keys, electrical manuals, and remotes.
  • Check everything before handover to ensure readiness.
  • Set appointments with clients and project teams for handovers.
  • Walk through the whole house with the client during handover, ticking off all work from the quotations.
  • Record all defects identified during the handover and promptly arrange for touch-ups or repairs.
  • Liaise closely with clients on the progress of defect rectification.
  • Ensure that any shortcoming is addressed promptly and with care to assure clients that their needs are being met.
Job Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service or project management, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communicator with a strong command of the English and Mandarin language.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and address issues promptly.
  • Knowledge of residential construction and interior design principles is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Poses own transport
