This role will be responsible for day-to-day processing of third‑party FX payment on behalf of CACEIS clients instructions through a dedicated third‑party FX function which comes under TMS Operations. This includes understanding the client documents and retrieving the necessary information accurately to maintain the highest level of service quality and compliance. The team supports the FX operating model for the global region.

You will be supporting the Europe (LUX) business, working on shift hours of 3:00 pm–12:00 am or 4:00 pm–1:00 am Malaysia time.

What will you do?
  • Perform processing of FX (pre‑ and post‑execution on a daily basis: input, verify, validate and settle FX executed by dealing room and sub‑custodians).
  • Work collaboratively with both internal front office (trading desk), middle office, and other CACEIS business units and external stakeholders (sub‑custodians/agents) to ensure the operating model is robust and risk is mitigated.
  • Investigate FX breaks and provide resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Continuously monitor the FX Operations team mailboxes and FX confirmations to take swift action on instructions/queries received and perform necessary follow‑ups without delay.
  • Contribute to FX projects and initiatives through ideas/suggestions to improve processes and controls.
