We are looking for an experienced Client Admin to join our dynamic team at East Blue Logistics PLT. As a Client Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless client interactions and administrative support for our logistics operations. This is a full‑time position based in Puchong, Selangor.

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Handling client inquiries, requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing and updating client information and data in our systems
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient delivery of services
  • Preparing and maintaining client‑related documentation and records
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
  • Collaborating with the sales team to support client retention and growth initiatives
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a client administration or customer service role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
  • Strong organisational and multi‑tasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
