Job summary

A reputable healthcare provider in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated individual to process medical claims for MySalam. The successful candidate will handle claims enquiries and ensure timely follow-up on supporting documents from clients. Ideal applicants must possess at least SPM, a Diploma, or a Professional Certificate in any related field, and have strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Responsible individuals who are computer literate and can thrive in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply.

What You Will Be Accountable For

To process medical claims for MySalam.

To attend to claims enquiries and correspondences relating to feedback or complaints promptly and effectively.

To follow-up and ensure all requests for supporting documents and/or information relevant to the assessment of a claim are promptly obtained from clients.

Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Professional Certificate in any related field.

Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia, both speaking and writing.

Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused and proactive working attitude with strong sense of responsibility.

Must be computer literate with knowledge of office applications such as Word, Excel, etc.

Possess own transport.

This position will be based in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
