Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with policy terms, regulatory rules, and internal guidelines.
• Meet turnaround times to ensure speed and accuracy.
• Investigate tricky claims, resolving disputes and digging into root causes.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, policyholders, and internal teams.
• Flag potential fraud and elevate when necessary.
• Share ideas to improve processes.
• Document everything clearly in our claims system.

Public Holidays: Follows Singapore PH calendar. Some Malaysian PHs are working days—but don’t worry, you’ll be compensated!

What You’ll Bring
