Job description

Perform structural design, analysis, and calculations for various precast concrete products such as slabs, beams, walls, and tunnel segments.

Prepare and review engineering drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents.

Ensure all designs meet relevant codes, project specifications, and safety standards.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and internal production teams to resolve technical issues.

Provide engineering support during production, installation, and site-related matters.

Assist in reviewing QA/QC reports and support corrective actions where required.

Participate in project meetings and ensure timely delivery of design submissions.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Minimum 2–5 years experience in structural design; experience in precast industry is an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete design and engineering standards.

Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with STAAD, ETABS, Revit, or Tekla is an advantage.

Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and coordinate well with multiple teams.
