Join One Group Pro Sdn Bhd as a full-time Design & Project Engineer based in Shah Alam, Selangor. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for providing civil/structural engineering expertise to support the successful delivery of projects across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Prepare detailed engineering designs, drawings and calculations for civil/structural engineering projects
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during the construction phase
• Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any technical issues that arise
• Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering standards, regulations and safety requirements
• Know the latest concept from authorities requirement and able to make authorities submission

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Fresh graduated 0‑1 year experience
• Proficient in the use of engineering design software such as AutoCAD
• Strong technical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passionate about delivering high‑quality engineering solutions
• Independent and can work under minimum supervision
