HIRING IMMEDIATELY - SITE ENGINEER/SUPERVISOR @ KLANG

Overview

Hiring for a Site Engineer/Supervisor role in Klang. Local eligibility restrictions have been removed to comply with equal opportunity standards. Travel allowance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to ensure the complete process for renovation projects.
• Oversee, monitor and manage on-site work to ensure renovation is completed according to the approved layout plan.
• Coordinate and update renovation specifications at site to ensure documentation and actual work are consistent.
• Conduct site inspections for final handover and respond to defects raised, ensuring they are ratified by the contractor and accepted by the user within agreed timelines.
• Prepare handover of the project to the user.
• Monitor site visits and meetings with contractors.
• Request quotations from contractors to check price and perform comparisons.
• Handle enquiries and requests through the We-Care system for the organization.
• Represent Administration Unit to delegate tasks to the PIC.
• Assign AU tasks to Admin and ensure attendance at Admin tasks.
• Weekly check of the status of We-Care assignments in Admin.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering education background – Bachelor's, Diploma or equivalent.
• Freshers with Civil Engineering background welcome.
• Prior experience in handling civil/interior renovation projects is an added advantage.
