A leading Asset Management & Infrastructure Solutions company in Penang is looking for a Civil Engineer to oversee FEMS Civil operations, manage compliance, and ensure the execution of various programmes and projects. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospital support services. This role involves high-level stakeholder engagement and requires adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in hospital’s support services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage FEMS Civil operation activities according to SOP.
• Plan, execute and control the annual budget.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment policies.
• Prepare reports for submission to relevant authorities.
• Represent management in various internal and external meetings.
