Job Description

1. Planning, design, estimating and execution of Civil Engineering Projects.
2. Preparation Civil Engineering tender and to make sure the execution within the budget.
   • To execute the preliminary studies and site investigation before the tender process.
   • To prepare and review tender drawings, specifications, SOPs and project cost estimates.
3. Managing, Monitoring and Controlling Civil Engineering Projects.
   • To visit project site and to make sure all projects in regional and estate are within control and specifications.
   • To produce the site visit report and all project progress report under his responsibilities.
   • To prepare document for progress payments and the final payment certification.
   • To verify Practical Completion Certificate, Certificate of Final quantity, and As-Build Plan.
4. Technical Advisory Services and Other Duties
   • To assist Head of Unit in civil engineering services.
   • To consult other department such as Operations, Procurement, Budget and Finance (engineering solutions, budget session, price negotiation, tender evaluation etc.) in Civil Engineering.
   • To prepare, review and assess the application of assets disposal application from estate if required.
