A leading marketing firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to develop integrated marketing strategies and lead digital initiatives. The role requires 10-15+ years of marketing experience in F&B or hospitality, with a strong background in luxury branding and agency management. Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that strengthen brand equity and drive business growth.
Define annual marketing calendars and ensure alignment with business objectives and brand identity.
Digital, CRM & Performance Marketing
Lead digital marketing efforts including social media, paid ads, content, and online platforms.
Track and analyze marketing performance, optimizing spend based on ROI and outlet performance.
Outlet & Operations Collaboration
Partner closely with Operations and Outlet Managers to ensure marketing initiatives are practical and executable.
Support festive, tactical, and outlet-level promotions.
Ensure marketing plans translate into measurable sales impact at outlet level.
People, Agency & Budget Management
Build, lead, and mentor the marketing team.
Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners.
Own the marketing budget and work with Finance to allocate and control costs across outlets where applicable.
Key Requirements
10–15+ years of marketing experience with significant leadership exposure.
Strong background in F&B, Hospitality or lifestyle.
Strong understanding of luxury branding, influencer engagement, and experiential marketing.
Proven Experience: Extensive experience in corporate communications, marketing, or branding, with a proven ability to plan and execute strategic communications and branding initiatives. Experience in managing sponsorships, events, and external client engagement programs is essential. Familiarity with digital communications and change management is advantageous.
Exceptional Communication Skills: A strong command of the English language, with exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities. Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and persuasive manner across a variety of communication channels.
Strategic Leadership & Influence: Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders. Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand-building initiatives.
Brand & Marketing Expertise: Expertise in managing brand identity, market positioning, and external client-facing communication strategies. Proven ability to safeguard Deloitte’s brand integrity and ensure compliance with global PR and communication protocols.
Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Ability to measure and analyze the success of communications programs and use data to refine strategies. Strong attention to detail is essential for managing multiple projects and ensuring quality execution.
Leadership & Mentoring: Experience in leading and mentoring a diverse team, providing guidance, and ensuring the execution of high-quality work. Ability to create a positive and productive team environment.
