Qualifications

Electrical System Maintenance

• Daily inspect on HT 11kV & transformer. Immediate inform to electrical engineer for any abnormalities.
• Daily inspect & maintenance on MSB room.
• Blow Moulding & IBC Machine electrical Maintenance
• Troubleshoot power supply issues, short circuits & machine control panel failure.
• Daily monitor & record electrical parameters & heater Ampere for Blow Moulding machines.
• Perform wiring, installation & commissioning of new electrical components in production line.
• Ensure timely preventive maintenance (PM) & calibration of production machinery electrical system.
• Support engineers & production team during machine breakdown.
• Record & maintains storage level for electrical items.
• Willingness to work on-call, shifts & respond to emergency breakdowns.

Building & Facilities Maintenance

• Maintain & service lighting, air-conditioning, fire alarm system & electrical utilities in the facility.
• Preventive & corrective maintenance for electrical panels, wiring & distribution load.
• Ensure the safety operation of electrical component in buildings.
• Conduct periodic inspection to comply with regulatory requirement for building safety.
• Monitor energy usage & suggest improvements for cost-saving & energy efficiency.
• Work closely with engineers, technician & production team to improve machine performance.
• Report electrical faults, breakdowns & maintenance activities to the management team.
