OGC BUILDER SDN BHD' is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team in Bintulu, Sarawak. What you'll be doing

• Providing strategic financial leadership and oversight to ensure the company's long-term financial health and sustainability
• Overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Analysing financial data and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
• Managing the company's cash flow, investments, and financing activities
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and best practices
• Collaborating with the senior management team to support the overall business strategy
• Leading and developing a high-performing finance team

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience as a finance leader, preferably in the construction or a related industry
• Proven track record of driving financial strategy, optimising financial performance, and supporting business growth
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing finance team
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and data analysis software
