Job Title: Software Engineer Manager (CDN Industry) / Lead Developer / IT Manager / Technical Lead

Salary: $3,000 - $8,000 USD per month (Negotiable Depending on skill set and quality of previous work experience)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of developers and oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of CDN services
• Ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performance systems, while maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to DDoS mitigation, web acceleration, SSL certification, and cloud services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in CDN and cloud services
• Lead the team to establish and maintain DevOps practices to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Ensure 24x7 availability and provide timely resolution of production incidents and customer issues
• Foster a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
