Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greets customers pleasantly and provides information on centre programs and services
- Answers phones in a professional and pleasant manner.
- Tracks lane availability, assigns open lanes
- Follows cash control procedures.
- Have a knowledge of all pricing and promotional offers
- Allocate rental shoes to customers and following cleaning procedures as outlined in SOP.
- Sell retail counter products such as drinks and snacks
- Operates POS equipment, central panel, computers and P/A system.
- Promptly assists and responds to all customer questions or request.
- Interacts with customers as they enter and leave the facility.
- Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays, as well as, extended workdays to support business needs.
- Must follow all company operating procedures in relation to opening and closing shifts and cash handling and all company regulations.
