A retail store in Kuala Lumpur seeks a dedicated individual to provide excellent customer service, assist with purchases, and handle cash and card transactions accurately. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior customer service experience, and strong attention to detail. Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and addressing inquiries.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.
Accurately handle transactions, manage the cash register, and monitor stock effectively.
Check counter equipment daily and report any issues for repair or replacement.
Keep the counter clean, tidy, and hygienic to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Monitor and replenish counter stock, to avoid shortages.
Job Requirements:
High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Willing to work at TAR UMT, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.
