Novi Frozen Foods' is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team at our location in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the checkout counter

Accurately operate the cash register, process payments, and handle cash and other financial transactions

Assist customers with bagging and packing their purchases

Maintain a clean and organised checkout area

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Contribute to the overall success of the store by supporting team members as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately

Friendly and professional demeanour with a commitment to providing excellent customer service

Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions
