REPORTING TO : SALES & MARKETING OFFICER

The cashier is responsible for handling all customer transaction accurately, providing excellent service, and maintaining proper records of sales and payment. This role ensures smooth front-desk operations and supports daily administrative task.

Key Responsibilities
Transaction handling
  • Process customer payments
  • issue receipt, invoice, and refund document.
  • ensure accurate billing and correct price entry for all items/services.
  • handle end-of-day cash counting and balance the cash drawer.

Greet customers politely and provide a positive service experience.

Answer basic enquiries regarding products, services, and pricing.

Direct customers to relevant staff for technical or service-related questions.

resolve simple customer complaints or elevate when necessary.

Records & Documentation
  • Maintain daily sales reports and transaction logs.
  • update system records for complete service or sold parts.
  • keep proper filing of invoice, receipts, and documentation.
  • Assist in stock-out recording when items are sold at the counter.
Front Desk & Administrative support
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter.
  • assist in preparing daily summary reports for management.
  • help with customer appointment booking.
  • Support administrative task such as printing forms, data entry ,etc.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Basic Math and computer skill.
  • Experience in cashiering or customer service.
  • Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to communicate well in Bahasa Melayu and basic Engllish.
