Job summary

Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales:

  • Greet customers warmly with a smile and positive attitude.
  • Take orders quickly and accurately.
  • Upsell and suggest additional products, e.g., "Would you like to add a drink?", "This topping makes IT taste even better!", "We have a promo set today — would you like to try it?".
  • Understand every product, flavor, and promotion to convince customers to buy more.
  • Create a friendly vibe that makes customers feel welcome and want to return.

Counter Operations & Payment Handling:

  • Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately.
  • Handle cash, QRPay, and debit/credit transactions correctly.
  • Count change accurately and maintain daily sales records.
  • Keep the counter area clean and organized.

In-Store Promotions & Marketing:

  • Stay updated on current promotions, new menu items, and limited editions.
  • Help promote new products to customers.
  • Encourage customers to follow the company’s Instagram/TikTok and enthusiastically share daily promos.

Teamwork & Operational Support:

  • Work closely with the baker and barista to ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • During off-peak hours, assist with cleaning tables, arranging boxes, and maintaining product displays.
  • Keep the customer area, tables, and counter clean at all times.

Professional Conduct & Attitude:

  • Always smile, even during busy periods.
  • Be polite, respectful, and calm with customers.
  • Show responsibility, honesty, and teamwork spirit.
