The Carpenter Supervisor is responsible for supervising carpentry production and installation works for retail fit-out projects. This role requires strong leadership, hands‑on technical skills, the ability to communicate in Chinese, and willingness to work shift or after‑hours based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Carpentry Works
  Oversee cutting, assembly, and installation of carpentry items according to drawings and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project & Site Teams
  Ensure smooth workflow between workshop and site, and support timely completion of retail fit‑out works.
• Quality & Safety Control
  Check measurements, workmanship, and material usage while ensuring safety rules are followed.
• Lead Workforce & Communicate in Chinese
  Manage carpenters and subcontractors effectively, with the ability to speak Chinese for daily coordination.
  (Shift / night work may be required based on project schedule.)

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in carpentry or retail fit‑out.
• Strong technical knowledge in joinery, cabinet making, and site installation.
• Able to speak Chinese to supervise workers and subcontractors.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willing to work shift, night, weekend, or after‑hours depending on project timelines.
• Able to read technical drawings (AutoCAD or shop drawings).
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to multiple sites.
