Responsibilities

• Online Marketing Support: To support our online presence amongst our talent community with maintenance of social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and upkeep and attract followers.
• On-going Continual Enhancement: To participate in continual enhancement via various projects – group meeting for ideas generating & plan execution

• Talent Sourcing:

  a) To be further equipped with our “Search Specialist APT Training Programme” – covering the entire search process for local and overseas orders; b) To be part of our team in to commit to quality service delivery c) Performance and growth oriented; d) To participate in overseas industrial visit (subject to maturity of the candidates and performance); e) Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, for example websites, social media; f) Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated
