About the Role

We are representing a global aerospace manufacturing group and are currently seeking an experienced Carbon Material & Process Engineer to support advanced manufacturing operations related to high-performance carbon materials.

This role involves working closely with production, quality, and R&D teams to ensure robust material processes, continuous improvement, and compliance with strict aerospace standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, optimize, and industrialize carbon material and process technologies.
  • Support production lines on material-related issues, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Define and validate process parameters to ensure quality, repeatability, and performance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (production, quality, engineering) on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace standards, internal specifications, and customer requirements.
  • Support qualification of new materials, suppliers, or process changes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in carbon materials, composites, or advanced manufacturing processes.
  • Strong understanding of material behavior, process control, and industrialization.
