• Plan and execute all Career Fairs and Campus Engagements.
• Collaborate with the MarComms team for marketing materials.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Track effectiveness of outreach initiatives with KPIs.
• Manage recruitment processes for internships and full-time positions.
