An international education provider in Malaysia is seeking a professional to manage the administration of Checkpoint and IGCSE examinations. This role involves ensuring compliance with examination requirements, acting as a key contact for students and parents, and organizing examination schedules and materials. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, have at least 2 years of experience in an international school, and be proficient in English. Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity are essential.
Manage and responsible for the end-to-end administration and delivery of Checkpoint and IGCSE examinations cycle, ensuring full compliance with Cambridge requirements and smooth execution.
Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents, attend questions and provide clear guidance on Checkpoint and IGCSE examination.
Stay up to date with the latest changes to Checkpoint and IGCSE syllabuses and examination requirements and provide recommendations to School Management as needed.
Liaise with any external examination centres for student exam registrations and exam
Work closely with the Heads of Primary and Secondary to plan and organize extra and revision class timetables, examination schedules and exam-day operations, including teacher briefing, preparing candidate lists, seating plans, managing student exam registration and communicating with students.
Maintain and update the Checkpoint and IGCSE examination calendar to ensure alignment with the school’s academic calendar.
Handle all examination materials in accordance with Cambridge standards, including secure storage, invigilation scheduling, printing, packaging, and maintaining strict confidentiality of question papers and answer scripts.
Maintain accurate academic records, reports and official documentation.
Liaise with external examination body to ensure compliance.
Attend to potential or existing parents’ enquiries related to other school programmes.
To promote the related program(s) to potential parents and students.
