Proven experience in cafe management, demonstrating a strong understanding of daily operations, customer service, and team leadership.

Proficiency in budgeting and financial management, including cost control, revenue generation, and P&L analysis.

Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all patrons.

Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively interact with diverse staff and customers.

Ability to train, supervise, and motivate a team of baristas, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Experience in inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste.
