Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café, including counters, tables, and equipment.
• Refill ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
