A leading insurance firm in Selangor is seeking a candidate to perform functional testing of systems and support product features. The ideal applicant should possess a basic degree, ideally in a technical field, and skills in MS Excel. Training will be provided for those lacking background experience. Candidates must be willing to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment, contributing to the organization's operational excellence.
To perform functional testing of the core system and other platforms of systems on new features and system upgrade.
To perform functional testing of the core system and other platform of systems on correctional / enhancement features.
To perform functional testing of the core system for new products and other related platforms to support the feature of product
To understand the features requirement of users and work towards their delivery
To translate specifications and requirements of users to system gaps and documentation.
To investigate and understand any reported system error and work towards to solve the issue.
Data cleansing activities related to the core system to enhance the functionality of system Ensure compliance with Company and Regulatory policies and regulations. Other duties as required by the Management.
Agency administration & compensation business knowledge
Training will be provided for candidates without prior background
Proficiency in MS Excel
Familiarity with Life Core system – Agency (training will be provided if needed)
Basic degree in any discipline, preferably technical in nature
Willingness to take on a steep learning curve
